Terms of Trade
Go Kiwi Souvenirs Ltd, trading as Go Kiwi Gifts, takes pride in the quality of its NZ Made product selection. All goods are covered by our personal guarantee so you can shop with us with confidence. If any merchandise is faulty, we will exchange or refund as per our Refund and Exchange policy. Payments made to our website meet the highest global security standards and are fully PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant. Goods purchased will be shipped within 5 days of your order being received, or you will be notified immediately if products are out of stock. We will take all reasonable care to ensure items arrive to their destination in good condition using NZ Courier Post services. When purchasing from the name that will appear on your statement will be Go Kiwi Gifts. All prices shown on our website are in $NZ dollars and exclude GST ( NZ Goods and service tax).  Your card will be charged in $NZ dollars.  Please use our currency converter to view our prices in your own currency.

Go Kiwi Gifts does not store any Credit Card or private Bank Account details. Order Cancellation
If you have placed an order but then decide to cancel it you must email us immediately at
If we receive your cancellation after your order has been processed we will consider, at our discretion, refunding your payment based on the following grounds
• That the goods have been returned to us, at your expense, in a saleable condition
• That you wait until we receive your returned goods before a refund is processed.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to input error we shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order. If your credit card has already been charged, we will a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Refund Policy
Refunds will be given at the discretion of Company Management and only for goods that are received in a faulty condition. Any merchandise that is received in a faulty condition may be refunded or exchanged provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returned Goods must be received within 14 days in their original packaging and including proof of purchase (goods receipt). If goods are returned damaged due to poor packaging, no refund will be given. Goods must be returned by courier post and include your personal name and address details. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment in which the goods were paid for, either a refund to your credit card or direct debit to your bank account. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receiving your returned faulty products. Please choose your goods carefully as no refunds will be made for any other reason than quality.

Exchange Policy
Goods may be exchanged provided we are notified within 5 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned to us in their original saleable condition, in original packaging, and with all product tags intact. The cost of returning goods is covered by the customer and all returns must be sent by courier post. Exchange items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods. If goods are damaged in return due to poor packaging, no exchange will be made. Exchanged goods may be of the same or greater value but no refund will be made to cover items of a lesser value. On receiving your returned items, and being satisfied of their resalable condition, your replacement items will be couriered within 7 days.

Postage and Shipping

Goods Purchased within New Zealand
The main prices shown on our website are exclusive of GST (New Zealand Goods and Service Tax). Goods purchased within NZ will have GST of 15% added to your invoice at the checkout page. Goods purchased within NZ will be sent to you via NZ Courier Post at a standard rate. Local Canterbury deliveries $5, all other New Zealand destinations $10. Courier charges will added to your invoice at the Checkout Page. 

Goods Purchased from Outside of New Zealand
When purchasing goods from overseas, you do not pay GST (New Zealand Goods and Service Tax) so the price you pay Go Kiwi Gifts Ltd is the price as shown on our website at checkout page (GST exclusive) plus shipping costs. You can view the prices in your own currency using our currency select tab on the top of our home page. Go Kiwi Gifts is not responsible for any additional import tax that may be charged by the country of destination. Please check your own Govenment Legislation regarding import tax to clarify.

Australian Destinations

Go Kiwi Gifts provides 2 shipping options for Australian customers. International Air with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days at a flat rate of $20 for all purchases up to 2KG, or the faster NZ Courier Post service with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days at a flat rate of $40 for all purchases up to 2KG.

All Other International Shipping Destination.

For all other International destinations including Asia, South Pacific, UK and Europe, USA and the Rest of the World, all postage rates are calculated by weight.  All goods will be shipped using NZ International Air Post with estimated delivery times between 7-10 working days depending on destination and time of the year. All postage rates include Insurance cover for loss or damage. Shipping rates will be automatically calculated for you at the Checkout page.
